Congregation Agudas Achim - High Holy Day Torah Readings
Click on the link for an mp3 of the Torah reading of the High Holiday Trope we use. These files may take some time to download depending on your connection speed, network traffic, server load, client configurations. You may save the mp3 file to your system by mousing over the Torah portion and right clicking to bring up the selection menu and select "Save Target As...".
So what does all this mean?? Be patient and have faith.
There is introductory information before each reading indicating which Aliyah, which holiday and if it is a Shabbat reading. Please ignore this information when first day Rosh Hashanah is not on Shabbat or when Yom Kippur is on Shabbat. There files were recorded several years ago when first day Rosh Hashanah was on Shabbat. From the table below, you will see that with four exceptions, the readings are the same; only the Aliyah number is different.

The following is an on-line version of all readings for the Megillat Esther read at Agudas Achim. Click on the verses your are assigned to download and listen to your reading. These mp3 files range in size from 1.0 MB to 6.0 MB. Before you begin learning your portion, be certain it corresponds with your Tikkun.
