USY/Kadima

Shalom!

January was a busy month in AAUSY. On January 7th we had our “Spring Semester Board Overnight” in which the AAUSY Executive Board planned the upcoming events for the following semester and participated in some fun leadership games as well as bonding time with the board. On January 15th we had Jump for Joy with AAUSY and Kadima. We went to Jumpstreet (a huge room where the floors are all trampolines) with the Kadimaniks and had a great time. On January 29th we had our 10th Annual Spaghetti Dinner and Silent Auction Fundraiser. I’d like to give a big thanks to all the businesses and people who donated items for the silent auction, everyone who helped make the dinner run smoothly, the Agudas Achim Youth Commission, and Terry    Millman. AAUSYites are getting excited for SWUSY Presents: Spring Kallah from February 10-12th, 2012 in Dallas hosted by Congregation Beth Torah. Mark your calendars for AAUSY’s next event, Superhero Laser Tag at Blazer Tag, on February 18th and our Purim event on March 3rd.
